As of the past weekend (September 13-14) Time Warner Cable has dropped support for it’s most popular e-mail servers for local customers to the Mount Washington Valley.

The previous servers were:

Incoming: pop.roadrunner.com
Outgoing: smtp.roadrunner.com

The new servers are:

pop-server.roadrunner.com
smtp-server.roadrunner.com

If you have difficulty sending e-mail through a Time Warner Cable internet connection, this is the likely cause. To schedule an appointment to change your outgoing servers please call (603) 356-7161.
